"I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the service I received from Luis from BIOSWEEP® in Phoenix. I am a listing agent for bank owned properties and as I am sure you know there are many times that we find them in less than liveable condition. The particular unit that I had Luis work on for me had a former owner that had a very large number of cats...with the resulting pet odors that could not be gotten rid of. We had all of the carpeting and pad removed, the under floor treated and then all new carpeting installed. When this didn't work we had all of the laminate flooring and pad removed and replaced as well. There STILL was odor very noticible after all this was done. I was able to very quickly get a new buyer and sell the property after that.
